This three-story mixed-use building establishes a strong and articulated street presence through a series of subtly varied tower forms clad in locally sourced stacked schist, with expansive full-height glazing and refined steel canopies activating the pedestrian edge. Modulated parapets, a central skylit atrium, integrated and discreet rear parking and services, and fully accessible flush entries combine to create a cohesive, contextually grounded development that enhances both streetscape character and user experience.
